    Getting Started

Q: What do I get with the Don’t Get Bunked! System™?
A: Three parts: (1) The Bunkproof Toolkit™ (guides, checklists, printable flyers and large-print & compact PDFs, etc.), (2) the video course Bunkproof in 30 Minutes™, and (3) the eBook DEBUNK: Arm Yourself With the Tenets of Critical Thinking.

Q: How long does it take?
A: About 30 minutes for the video course, using the Toolkit is self-paced, and reader's times for the book will vary.

Q: Is this for seniors and non-technical people?
A: Yes. Plain English, large type, step-by-step examples—works on phone, tablet, or computer.

    Access & Accounts

Q: How do I sign in?
A: After purchase you’ll receive a welcome email to set your password. Then visit https://www.dontgetbunked.com to log in.

    Pricing, Guarantees & Updates

Q: Why do I see different prices on different pages?
A: We sometimes run limited-time promotional offers. If you see a lower price, it’s valid for that promotion’s page and you can use it.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes—30-day satisfaction. If you’re not happy, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

    Q: Are updates included?
A: Early adopters get lifetime updates to the Toolkit. Future buyers may move to annual access; early adopters keep lifetime access.

    Using the Toolkit

Q: Where are the printable handouts?
A: See Printable Handouts (wallet cards & one-pagers) in the members area.

    Sources & Trust

    Q: Are your sources trustworthy?
A: Don’t Get Bunked! points to independent, reputable resources (several IFCN-Verified). External links are labeled with ↗️ and open in a new tab; internal links open in the same tab.

    What is Don't Get Bunked?

Q: Do you fact-check claims for me?
A: No. Don’t Get Bunked! provides education, checklists, and links to reputable tools so you can verify information and spot scams yourself. We don’t publish verdicts or ratings on specific claims.

Q: What does “ IFCN-Verified” mean on some links?
A: Don’t Get Bunked! uses “ IFCN-Verified” to denote outlets that participate in the IFCN Code of Principles—standards for transparent methods and corrections. Compare more than one reputable source and, when possible, check original data.

Q: Will you investigate a claim or a suspicious message for me?
A: We can’t investigate individual cases. Use the checklists and resources in your Toolkit to evaluate messages, headlines, images, audio/video, and websites—then contact the relevant company/agency via official channels.

Q: Is this a replacement for bank/IT support, legal, medical, or security advice?
A: No. Don’t Get Bunked! is educational. For urgent issues (payments sent, identity theft, malware), use the emergency steps in the Toolkit and contact your bank, provider, or the appropriate authority immediately.

Q: Can I share the one-page handouts and wallet cards?
A: Yes—those are designed for sharing. Please include DontGetBunked.com. Large-print guides and members-only materials are for personal use unless we state otherwise.

Q: Do you endorse political parties, candidates, or positions?
A: No. Our materials teach neutral verification steps for public claims and rhetoric.

Q: What happens if sources disagree?
A: Compare methods, definitions, and date ranges; look for primary data; and wait for more evidence if needed. When in doubt, don’t share or act until you’ve cross-checked.
